Job Overview : An HR Assistant is responsible for managing a company's human resources. The ideal candidate will assist HR Executive to hire, train, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company's values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them. Execute the employee's annual review procedures. Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and handle employee grievances. Job Scope includes :- - Planning, hiring (recruitment and selection), induction and orientation to Personnel management aspects like performance appraisal, development of new skills, incentives. - Maintain employee records. - Verifying employees attendance for payroll purpose, reviewing employees claims eligibility, overtime eligibility, declaration of expenses, Conduct disciplinary actions. - Maintaining and updating company's asset and property documentation. - Renewal of foreign workers permits. - Handling any registration process. - Renewal of vehicle, vendor and business licenses. - Support the HR Manager whenever needed Requirement : * Diploma degree in Human Resources or a related field. * Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development. * Knowledge of MS Office, and HR analytics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
