MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. To ensure that the Cash Float received in order and accurate number of denominations has in it. 2. Cashier are to comply fully on all SOP’s designed by the Manager / Assistant Manager 3. Cashier are to be held accountable for any loss, shortages or variances during their shift. 4. Handling related issues including feedbacks & complaint, escalate it to the higher level if required to obtain remedial conclusions. 5. Cashier are expected to have full knowledge of the activities & facilities, after undergoing the Induction Program conducted by the Human Resource and also by Food & Beverages. 6. Cashier are required to be patient and mindful on the transaction to avoid from undergoing any Variances / Shortages. 7. A full training will also be provided to enable them to perform in this area on a rotation basis. 8. Order Taking & Crowd Controlling at the Counter queue lanes will be carried out by the assistants. This is to ease the selling process from the Cashiers and to speed up on the Service Delivery. 9. Must be able to explain in a friendly manner but also very detailed about the services, facilities & activities. 10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
