Management Trainee

• Monitor retail operations in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, goods and stock ordering outlet under supervision. • Make sure all goods are fully stocked up • Make sure all price tag are display respectably and are always updated • Ensure all give morning briefing & every start of new shift • Ensure staff know about their daily task in outlet • In Charge of stock take monthly & yearly • Handling all outlet issues under supervision • Able to work beyond normal working hours and on rest or public holiday • To compile delivery sales report and also analyse outlet performance to management • Ensure monitor / audit float every week and make sure there is no shortage float money • give training for new hires and developing a customized training program for each employee based on their job responsibilities • To ensure providing guidance to employees on customer service skills, including how to greet customers, answer questions about products or services, and respond to complaints • To develop and grow a customer focus operations including new retail outlets, to promote The Better Card (TBC), Online Apps Treleaf Mart and others available digital platform in the company. • To give support and motivate staff for they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve the sales target. • To ensure that all performance issues and other issues within the retail outlets are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner. • To ensure the effective management of all retail staff and adequate staffing levels throughout the business. • Conducting regular performance evaluations to identify training needs and recommend improvements in performance • Motivating employees by communicating company goals and encouraging them to meet their individual performance goals • Any ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time
