Your new role As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, responsible for: • Building a network of clients in a specialist space • Maintaining customer relationships • Developing market knowledge and sharing insight • Working with a sense of urgency to manage fast proceses • Managing interview processes • Negotiating terms of business and supporting contract negotiations Our consultants take pride in maximizing their reach to ensure our customers find the best people and our candidates find the best jobs. This means working at pace and ongoing engagement across multiple networks. To maintain the best standards and levels of engagement we work to several performance indicators and activity targets. Our Sales Trainees take on candidate sourcing and screening responsibilities primarily and as they train and develop take on broader Business Development scope.
