Project Manager (2-Year Contract)

Job Description : • Familiar with Industry Development • Assisting in property planning/ pre development. Conceptual planning proposal for new proposed land Conducting market study, identify investment opportunities and performing feasibility studies • Oversee and assisting the liaison team to obtain the speedy approval from technical departments / local authorities inclusive of KM, Building Plan & Infra Approval in varies Local Authority • Coordinating and monitoring consultants’ deliverables in design planning, submission • Establish and monitor overall work program and timeline • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management to update them on the project's status. • Resolving design and Planning matters related to the project • Oversee overall progress of projects regarding budgets and timelines • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including government personnel, consultants, contractors, architects, and others Qualifications Required : • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Candidates with at least 8 years or above of working experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
