SENIOR EXECUTIVE. PORT OPTIMIZATION & DATA ANALYTICS

JOB DESCRIPTION Accountable for participating in the pre-planning process, carrying out the new initiatives according to the plan, and guaranteeing the long-term success of the new implementation projects aimed at enhancing daily terminal operations. Responsible to execute implementation of Operations Kaizen/improvement as per plan. Responsible for scheduling a meeting with the relevant business owner to follow up on all actions related to Kaizen implementation and sustainment and documenting it in the minutes of the meeting. Responsible to identifying resources before Kaizen/improvement start and full utilize the resources during project implementation. Responsible to monitor Kaizen/improvement performance to ensure the progress follow the timeline and the implementations towards the objectives. In charge of fostering a culture of Transformation (LEAN Academy & Culture) and increasing awareness to improve practices and processes to a superior level. Responsible for conducting training or awareness sessions that address relevant Kaizen/improvement rollouts, new processes, or initiatives, especially for processes that require attention and critical areas. Responsible for ensuring, guiding, and training all OPS functional teams in implementing the Operating System as outlined in the APMT guidelines. Responsible to ensure new operations initiatives comply with safety elements of terminal. To make sure project progress reports updated. Compiling TCO/GRI from the improvement projects/ initiatives and updating with Finance Departments. Responsible for updating LEAN level 4 students progress tracker. Responsible to engage with internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability of the new process implementation and compliance. Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT policies that reflect the organizations needs regarding the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organizations intellectual property. JOB REQUIREMENTS Possess at least Diploma in any field or relevant. Possess at least 3 years of experience in terminal operations or 2 years in related field. Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken. Good presentation and facilitation skills Strong interpersonal skill, able to focus on business impact and initiatives for new system implementation accordance to terminal operations. Ability to drive implementation of the new initiatives Ability to communicate at all level across local organization and guide them towards the implementation. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Good workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to cultural differences. Results drive with strong analytical, practical and problem solving skill set. Open minded, positive attitude and strong drive to succeed and break through barriers. Ability to perceive situation from different perspectives. Clear, persuasive and collaborate communications & influencing skills.
