• Establish new accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets. • Service existing accounts in person via calls, email or visitations. Focus sales effort by studying the existing volume of orders and potential new products orders. • Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with customers by providing support, guidance and recommending quality and service improvements. • Handle customer inquiry by preparing costing, design and product specifications liaise with Account Support on their generating quotations and drawing. New products and delivery schedules etc. • Monitor customer demand fluctuation, forecast and industrial movement. • Ensure customer feedback and complaints are handled timely. Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to investigate customer complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports’ and make recommendations to the customers. • Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecast and weekly activities. • Coordinate with various departments on contract / price review activities / customer visit / customer audit. • Conduct quarterly review with key customers together with the Manager.
