This includes project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and delivering results. 3.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data, generate reports, and provide recommendations based on findings to help drive decision-making. 4.Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, suggest solutions, and collaborate with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and performance. 5.Training and Development: Participate in leadership and technical training programs designed to develop skills in management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. 6.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and senior leaders to achieve company goals, share insights, and foster a collaborative work environment. 7.Mentorship and Networking: Build relationships with senior management, mentors, and peers to develop a network and gain insights into leadership and business strategy. 8.Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess personal progress and performance with mentors and managers to ensure alignment with career development goals. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate qualifications (optional but desirable). Experience: Entry-level or 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in internships or early-career roles within business or management.
