Location : Johor Bahru Salary range : RM 2,300 – RM 3,300 Job Requirements: • A diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Age 23 to 45 years, able to read, speak, and write in English & Maly. • At least 3 years and above experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferably in supervisor role. • Strong leadership. Organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to details and high standard of professionalism. • Problem solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. • Detail oriented with good organizational skills. • Ability to stand for long periods. • Willingness to wok flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operation, including opening and closing procedures. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations. • Manage scheduling, attendance and shift rotations. • Train and mentor new and existing staff on customer service. • Ensure high quality customer service standards are met. • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly. • Monitor daily sales, help implement promotional activities to increase revenue. • Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and schedule maintenance when needed. • Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation.
