About the role - Handle full set of accounts. - Oversee daily accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. -Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. -Establish and maintain fixed asset register, ensuring accurate asset tracking. -Monitor and manage playable and receivables. -Assist with preparation of tax fillings and support tax audits. -Monitor and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. -Track and report on cash flow. -Support the finance team in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts. -Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement. -Participate in the implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. What we're looking for -Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field -2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment -Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards -Proficient in using financial software and tools, and spreadsheets -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines -Effective communication and collaboration skills
