MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1) To ensure team adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2) To develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance. 3) To foresee corrective maintenance efforts, ensuring quick and efficient repairs when equipment malfunctions or fails. 4) To perform troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and other systems, and provide guidance to technicians as needed. 5) To foresee the maintenance of inventory and ensure that necessary parts and supplies are readily available. 6) To Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage. 7) Taking part in developing maintenance policies and standards for an organization 8) To handle all the ad-hoc maintenance request from operation/management. Any specified task assigned by the supervisor. 9) To ensure the implementation of ISO14001 EMS and ISO 45001 :2018 OHSMS.
