HR Functions Handle the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, and succession planning. Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with orientations. Support policy development and implementation. Maintain and update the company website and HR system. Recruitment Functions Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and offers. Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job postings, social media, and other channels. Coordinate interviews and manage hiring processes for ongoing/mass hiring projects. IT Functions (Guide will be provided) Troubleshoot office IT issues and coordinate with vendors. Maintain hardware, software, and office IT systems. Manage IT asset inventory, licensing, and vendor contracts. Ensure Microsoft software is installed and functional. Administrative Functions Schedule meetings and coordinate with external parties. Maintain office policies and ensure efficiency in operations. Oversee administrative tasks and staff performance. Record meeting minutes and prepare reports (WIP, vacancy, JTK). Ensure office licensing renewals (JTK, MPSJ, etc.). Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh Graduates are welcomed Someone who possess a lively, out-going personality. Good organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail. Candidate who is IT literate/tech-savvy is added advantage. Able to work independently and as a team member Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
