Job Description – HR Executive Position Title : Executive, Human Resources Location : Kuala Lumpur Department : Human Resource and Corporate Affairs Reports To : General Manager, Human Resource and Corporate Affairs Job Summary The HR Executive will support the General Manager of Human Resource and Corporate Affairs in various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR principles and practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Selection • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring. 2. Employee Onboarding • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination. • Ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company and their roles. 3. Training and Development • Support the implementation of training and development programs. • Track employee training progress and maintain training records. 4. Compensation and Benefits • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and personnel transactions. 5. Employee Relations (ER) • Assist in addressing and resolving employee queries and concerns. • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. 6. HR Administration • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system. • Prepare and generate HR reports and documents as required. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. 7. Performance Management • Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes. • Support managers in the documentation and implementation of performance improvement plans. Qualifications • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 2 years working experience in a human resources role. • Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Malaysia. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
