DATA ANALYTICS MANAGER

(i)Supply Chain Optimization: -Oversee the end-to-end process, including sourcing, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution. -Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery. -Monitor and improve clients relationships and performance through data-driven insights. -Manage stock levels to balance demand and supply while minimizing excess inventory. (ii) Data Analytics & Reporting : - Lead data analysis initiatives to improve supply chain processes, including forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor key -Use advanced analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. -Provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning. (iii) Forecasting & Demand Planning: -Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts. -Recommend strategies for inventory replenishment based on data-driven forecasts. (iii) Process Improvement: -Continuously assess and optimize supply chain workflows to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency. -Lead initiatives to digitize and automate processes, reducing manual intervention and improving scalability. -Implement best practices and industry-leading methodologies for and data analytics. Job Requirement: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. -Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our headquarters in China. -Competency in data analysis tools and Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). -Experience in management or data analytics, preferably within the retail industry. -Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and techniques, including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics. -Knowledge of retail industry trends and challenges. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. -Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Responsible for the statistics, release and tracking of business data of overseas business departments. -Responsible for finding the reasons for the discrepancy between the system data and the actual data, and supervising the system data to be corrected. -Responsible for the overall planning of overseas data governance: including overseas data indicator combing, operational data report development, and overseas data.
