Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. • Utilise various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates. • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed. • Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. • Lead employer branding initiatives. • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation. Requirements: Must haves: • Diploma or higher qualification in any field. • Proficient in Trilingual Language (spoken & written). • Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles, with at least 1.5 years within the same company. • Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly. • Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication & identifying talents. • Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
