Job description A Key Account executive builds relationships with clients and ensures that this leads to strong results for the company – in terms of revenue creation and reputation. The duties include regularly meeting quotas, goals and other forms of client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client. Job Responsibilities 1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and the company. 2. Resolving customers’ issues and complaints and understanding of key customers’ needs 3. Anticipating key account changes and improvements 4. Strategic planning to improve sales performance. 5. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with management and team members Job Requirements: Preferred candidate with Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Food Technologies / Science / Economics / Business Administration Familiar in Microsoft Office software: Words, Excel & PowerPoint Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and strong communication skills. Preferable a dynamic team player, multi-tasker and analytical and result oriented. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin stakeholder and clients.
