• Understand and grasp the core competency and advantages of the BSS Solution, as well as the capability to bring in industry best practices and BSS capabilities/features to be incorporated into the solution. • Based on industry IT-BSS experience, provide industry best practice IT-BSS solution recommendations to fulfill and resolve customer IT-BSS pain points. • Perform gap analysis, scoping, and work closely internally with R&D and SE teams to produce Prepaid/Postpaid/CRM Solution HLD, proposals, functional requirement specs, and integration specs documents to align with customer business requirements. • Identify and convert customer IT/BSS pain points into tangible business opportunities with proposed solutions. • Act as an onsite SA for the solution sales team and project service delivery team to clarify solution designs, scope, delivery, and integration test complexity during the lifecycle of a project in both presales and delivery stages. • For normal change management workflows, responsible for producing new feature or change request impact analysis documents and clarifying with the customer. • Support the project delivery team in implementation, integration testing, defect resolution, and clarification as needed. • Support the solution sales team in presales activities and high-level workshop presentations. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. More than 6 years of BSS solution design and 5 years of BSS project implementation experience in the role of Solution Architect in BSS project delivery. Perform due diligence and produce system architecture and solution design for legacy network architecture. Based on the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and system architecture, provide feasible end-to-end solutions and impact analysis. Capable of governing third-party integrations as a system integrator. Provide test cases and support testing until acceptance for both functional and non-functional requirements. Excellent coordination, teamwork, communication skills, and target-oriented mindset. Good communication skills in English. Experience in delivering complex BSS/IT/Software projects. Familiar with industry prepaid charging, postpaid billing, or CRM business processes, requirements, functions, and features. Familiar with telecom operators’ business and service operation processes. Familiar with telecom operators’ offering structure on BSS systems, such as BSS solutions from vendors like Amdocs, Netcracker, etc. Strong communication skills, able to conduct workshops and articulate solution designs to clients at all levels and internal teams.
