FACTORY MANAGAER - PRECAST CONCRETE

-Overseeing all manufacturing operations, maintain product standards and ensure smooth and efficient processes. -Implementing strategies for effective production management, including the allocation of labour and resources. -Monitoring production output and quality standards as well as taking corrective actions where necessary. -Coordinating with staff to set goals, objectives and strategies for a facility. -Understand the design drawings and production drawings and conduct quality check. -Liaise with all the relevant parties for production and inspection of the factory. -Manage the Suppliers and Contractors to rectify if there are any defects prior to delivery to site -To ensure all employees, including sub-contractors and suppliers are complied with company’s QAQC procedures -Meeting with suppliers and clients to maintain and build effective relationships. -Developing and implementing budgets, preparing reports for senior management and ensuring the factory operates within set budget guidelines. -To handle ISO requirement and documentation -Complying with health and safety regulations in the workplace to safeguard employees. -To carry out work task as assigned by Management
