  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager Location: Nusajaya, Johor (On-site) Industry: Data Center Business Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm Job responsibilities: Managing the Commissioning process from preparation of commissioning tracker, organizing commissioning workshops, technical due diligence design review, developing commissioning strategy and plan, attending factory & site acceptance testing, technical issues resolution, commissioning close out and turn over process. Creating, updating and maintaining best safety, quality, testing, and commissioning practices to achieve cost-effective solutions. Establish Commissioning Procedures and standards and make regular construction site inspections to review safety, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning process. Shall have effective communication skills and reports regularly on QA/QC, Commissioning progress, Issues, and KPI metrics to management. Shall manage Cx meetings and Cx activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned. Accountable for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget of the Commissioning Process. Creating and submitting the final IST report upon IST completion [if part of the scope] Helping the Uptime Institute Requirements mandatory to achieve Constructed Facility Certification (TCCF) if part of the scope. Collaborate with Project Team for project handover after successful completion of IST. To report the progress and the risks to the project management and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the job status Job Requirements Educational. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field. 5 - 7 years of experience of testing & commissioning, preferably in data centers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), power plants, or industrial projects. At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing testing and commissioning teams. Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (ISTQB, PMP or vendor-specific certifications). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies troubleshooting techniques, and system integration. Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and ISO compliance.
