System Developer, Mobility Policy Research Department

1) Address and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system efficiency and performance. 2) Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect systems and sensitive data, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security standards. 3) Design, develop, and implement system code using programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, .NET along with frameworks like Laravel, Microsoft Windows Server. 4) Design, develop, and test efficient software solutions that meet project specifications and quality standards, while creating and maintaining data models, data flows and implement effective database backup strategies to ensure data security, integrity, and seamless functionality. 5) Develop and manage API contracts for seamless integration between systems, ensuring smooth data exchanges and performing data migration tasks while adhering to project timelines. 6) Organize and execute testing procedures on systems to ensure performance, functionality, and usability. 7) Provide technical support to clients and internal teams by troubleshooting and resolving issues, assist in testing software, and resolve software bugs to ensure optimal system performance. 8) Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, testing records, operational manuals, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility. 9) Design and develop software solutions using cloud platform. 10) Generate extensive procedures for disaster recovery scenarios and update software to comply with the latest legislation and company policies. 11) Collaborate with IT teams and software users to provide training on best practices, system updates, and new features to ensure effective software usage. 12) Perform ad-hoc task or any other tasks assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or the Management to support the department’s objectives.
