Project Engineer cum Document Controller

Project Engineer 1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of project development, ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 2. Provide technical support to project teams, ensuring that engineering designs and specifications meet project requirements. 3. Monitor and supervise on-site construction (including pre-construction) activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. 4. Work collaboratively with internal staff, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and to address any issues that arise during project execution. Document Controller 1. Responsible for controlling, maintaining, tracking and overseeing project development tasks while ensuring all project documentation is controlled, organized, and up-to-date both in digital and physical formats. 2. Distribute documents to the appropriate project teams, clients, and contractors as required, and track document revisions and approvals. 3. Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. 4. Prepare and assist in document audits, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible. 5. Perform any duties instructed by by the immediate superior or the Management to support the project’s objectives.
