Role Objectives: Collaborate with business units to build high-performing teams through the recruitment and selection process. Craft and distribute recruitment advertisements across various platforms, including social media. Conduct screening, interviews, and selection assessments in partnership with the hiring team. Provide support to ensure timely job order fulfillment. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create candidate pipelines. Implement end-to-end hiring processes to deliver a positive candidate experience. Foster close relationships with hiring teams to align candidate and interviewer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring teams to define staffing needs and selection criteria. Source candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and professional networks. Create comprehensive job descriptions and interview questions aligned with position requirements. Evaluate CVs, portfolios, and references to identify the most suitable candidates. Maintain thorough records of recruitment materials and interview documentation to share with key stakeholders.
