We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Brand and Marketing Executive to oversee the development, execution, and management of our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and awareness.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align product development with brand vision and customer needs.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, digital content, brochures, and event promotions.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximum ROI.
- Support sales team with dealer education
- Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media,influencer marketing, email campaigns and content marketing.
- Monitor and optimize online presence to enhance customer engagement
- Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure social media content is up to date
Team Leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality deliverables.
Event & Promotions Management
- Plan and oversee events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Partner with retail and sales teams to develop in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and graphic design basics is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
