We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Brand and Marketing Executive to oversee the development, execution, and management of our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and awareness.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align product development with brand vision and customer needs.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, digital content, brochures, and event promotions.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximum ROI.
  • Support sales team with dealer education
  • Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing

  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media,influencer marketing, email campaigns and content marketing.
  • Monitor and optimize online presence to enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure social media content is up to date

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality deliverables.

Event & Promotions Management

  • Plan and oversee events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with retail and sales teams to develop in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and graphic design basics is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
