What you'll do:
A) Learning & Development
- Identify learning needs and gaps in current approaches.
- Develop learning framework and strategies and approaches.
- Develop and leverage learning materials tailored to different audiences.
- Implement and evaluate a wide range of learning and development programs.
- Source, select, and manage external L&D providers and resources.
- Develop and implement blended learning platforms (face-to-face, online, etc.).
- Oversee an effective onboarding process centered around our Values.
- Utilize the Learning Management System to manage and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on innovative learning approaches and implement new methods.
- Collaborate with Regional General Managers and Senior Leaders to identify training needs.
- Manage L&D budget and ensure program delivery within approved limits.
B) Organization development
- Integrate talent management processes into the company culture.
- Partner with HRBP on succession planning and performance management.
- Build talent assessment strategies and tools to select and develop top talent.
- Develop evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs.
C) Leadership Development
- In partnership with the HRBP, coach managers on people management skills and routines
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing and leveraging leadership capabilities: people management skills and leadership skills
- Develop and execute high potential leadership programs, focused on advancing leaders and succession planning (future plan)
