Job Description: Financial Reporting - Maintain full accounting records, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and accruals. - Prepare month-end closing, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and year-end stock take, and work with relevant departments on aged inventory. 2. Audit and Compliance -Coordinate year-end and ad-hoc financial and IT audits, assisting with resolving issues, preparing documentation, and ensuring audit readiness. -Support the preparation of annual reports for the holding company. 3. Internal Controls -Reconcile intercompany balances, vendor/customer accounts, and bank statements. -Maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring they’re up-to-date. 4. Financial Analysis & Decision Support - Conduct financial analysis (e.g., sales trends, variance analysis) to support business decisions and improve margins. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and explaining variances. 5. Collaboration and Compliance - Manage banking relationships and oversee transactions. - Collaborate with external/internal auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. - Support ad-hoc projects and duties as needed. Ideal Candidate - Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional certification. - At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. - Proficiency in accounting software (APLUS, Autocount) and advanced Microsoft Excel. - Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with a positive mindset. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. - Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve accounting issues. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Mandarin speaker is advantages.
