Job Responsibilities: - Assist the HRBP Manager in supporting the MYSG Marketing team, implementing HR policies. - Handle day-to-day HR tasks (employee communication, people movement, learning and development, culture building, team activities). - Help create and execute learning strategies for the Marketing function. - Assess learning and capability needs for both the organization and individuals. - Collaborate with other HRBPs, Employee Experience, and HR Expertise teams. - Work with the HRBP Manager to create and drive Employee Engagement initiatives for the Malaysia office. - Manage engagement activities from planning to execution, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
