Electrical Site Supervisor

Location: Johor Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: •Supervise and manage electrical installation works on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and project timelines. •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction personnel to plan and execute electrical tasks efficiently. •Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify faults and ensure proper functioning. •Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspection reports, and safety compliance records. •Oversee the training and development of junior electricians and site workers. •Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. •Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly to avoid project delays. Qualifications: •Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision. •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings. •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. •Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations. •Proficient in using electrical testing tools and equipment. •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
