Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Development - Develop and manage prepaid mobile plans, bundles, and value-added services (VAS) based on market trends and customer needs. - Define product roadmaps and ensure timely execution of new product launches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, network, and customer service to ensure seamless implementation of products. - Pricing & Revenue Management - Design competitive pricing strategies and promotions to drive prepaid revenue growth. - Conduct regular market analysis to optimize tariff plans and improve profitability. - Monitor ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and churn rates to develop corrective strategies. - Work the Finance on the P&L at the Product level. - Customer Acquisition & Retention - Develop and execute campaigns for customer acquisition and retention, including loyalty programs and special offers. - Analyze customer usage patterns and design customized prepaid plans to maximize customer lifetime value. - Work with digital and traditional marketing teams to enhance customer engagement. - Competitive & Market Analysis - Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify market trends and threats. - Provide insights and recommendations for product differentiation and innovation. - Stay updated with regulatory requirements affecting prepaid services. -Performance Monitoring & Reporting - T rack key KPIs such as subscriber growth, revenue, churn, and profitability. - Generate reports and dashboards for senior management review. - Provide insights and recommendations for improving product performance. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in telecom product management, preferably in prepaid services. - Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment. - Strong understanding of prepaid telecom products, pricing models, and market trends. - Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. - Experience with digital marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
