  • To handle preparing and filing individual, corporate, and other tax returns.
  • To handle the estimation of tax payable and revision of tax estimate and ensure timely submission of Form CP204/CP204A
  • To perform tax administrative duties i.e: filing, CP204 & PCB monthly payment, maintaining tax-related docs, etc
  • Collect and organize financial data and documentation from clients.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in tax software.
  • Monitor and track filing deadlines to ensure timely submission of all tax documents
  • Communicate with clients to request information, clarify details, and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in handling tax-related issues by liaising with tax authorities (IRB).
  • Provide support to the team to ensure all tasks are carried out on time
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxation (or currently pursuing).
  • 3 years of working experience in Tax firm
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Superior TaxComp or EasyTax software is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
