- To handle preparing and filing individual, corporate, and other tax returns.
- To handle the estimation of tax payable and revision of tax estimate and ensure timely submission of Form CP204/CP204A
- To perform tax administrative duties i.e: filing, CP204 & PCB monthly payment, maintaining tax-related docs, etc
- Collect and organize financial data and documentation from clients.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in tax software.
- Monitor and track filing deadlines to ensure timely submission of all tax documents
- Communicate with clients to request information, clarify details, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in handling tax-related issues by liaising with tax authorities (IRB).
- Provide support to the team to ensure all tasks are carried out on time
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxation (or currently pursuing).
- 3 years of working experience in Tax firm
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Superior TaxComp or EasyTax software is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multi-tasking and being able to work under pressure
