Duties & responsibilities - Preparation of all HR correspondence such as appointment, confirmations, salary review, resignations, termination, warning and etc. - Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. - Perform daily attendance tracking, leave management and processing of monthly employee claims - To handle the on boarding of foreign workers from new application, work permit renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, check out memo etc - Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, performance evaluation, compensation and benifits) of each employee - Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management - Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues and liaising with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO,CIDB etc - Manage employees’ grievances - Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization - Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal - Planning & implementing company event (team building, festivals celebrations, annual dinner etc) - Any other HR operational and clerical duties as required. Skills & qualification - A minimum of 3 year’s experience in HR - Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) - Demonstrable leadership abilities - Solid communication skills - BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field - Understands company culture
