Job Description Content Creation and Management - Design and prepare digital marketing materials for product promotion and branding purposes. - Manage the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts. Marketing Strategies and Campaigns - Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute plans for SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. - Plan and implement marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building. Collaboration and Support - Work with the Sales and Business Development team to support and align digital marketing campaigns with sales objectives. - Assist in event organization, liaising with vendors, event organizers, business partners, and other stakeholders. Performance Analysis and Reporting - Monitor, analyse, and optimize the performance of digital content and campaigns. - Prepare and submit reports to principals and management, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). External Coordination and Brand Management - Coordinate with external media, printers, and publishers to ensure marketing materials like flyers, brochures, banners, and gifts align with brand guidelines. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand consumer preferences. Event Planning and Participation - Organize and participate in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services. - Attend training sessions, meetings, and networking opportunities as required. Minimum Job Requirement: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. - Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in Marketing. - Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, as we have to cover partners from China and Taiwan. - Experience in WordPress and SEO/SEM will be an added advantage.· Good business acumen -and possess entrepreneur spirit. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Resourceful and creative, knack for identifying great creative marketing. - Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
