Job Responsibilities: • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects. • Evaluate and negotiate project costs with contractors and suppliers. • Assist in preparing tender documents and contracts. • Review and analyze tenders from suppliers and contractors. • Monitor project progress and ensure costs remain within budget. • Conduct regular site visits to assess and measure project works. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge in preparing budget, tenders, and evaluation skills. • Having experience in contractual matters in managing project. • Well-versed in term of materials in the current market price related to the building industrial. • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, or cost estimation tools). • Excellent analytical and numerical skills. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
