Role & Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations. Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files. Checking and monitor on employees' attendance. Checking and verify the overtime summary sheets and monthly claims. Responsible in preparing HR related letters. Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation. Renewal of company's vehicles roadtax & insurance, etc. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources role. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
