Job Description 1. Receiving customer call for services. 2. Responsible to coordinate all actions related service 3. Maintain all record of services before and after services been done. 4. Prepare monthly report for Over Warranty & under warranty cost. 5. Prepare monthly summary report for parts issue and submit to QA and QC department for investigation 6. Update all service over warranty & under warranty 7. Damaged, rejected or return report 8. To collect payment for service from customers 9. Issue quotations with all related service that products are over warranty. 10. To undertake any other responsibilities as and when being assigned. Job Requirement • Candidate must possess at least a Diplomar or any certificate in any field or equivalent. • At least 1 to 2 years related working experiences in customer services. • 5 working days per week • Willing to work at Serdang, Seri Kembangan • Good in attitude, aggressive in learning new things. • Experience in sales / passionate in sales • Excellent customer service and sales skills • Good written & spoken English
