Key Responsibilities: Support the development of OHS and Environmental policies and programs. Implement and maintain effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery, etc.) Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices. Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences. Establish an EHS Committee, manage and devise the agenda, chair, and formulate & distribute minutes for the Health & Safety Committee meetings. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and workplace well-being Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations What we're looking for: A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field. Experience in a related field is an advantage. Green Book holder is an added advantage In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels. Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
