1. Fire and Engineering Simulation Conduct fire and failure simulations to analyze and recreate fire dynamics, fire behavior and engineering failure for forensic investigations. Perform engineering simulations for structural, mechanical, or electrical impact assessments related to incidents such as: a) analyzing pipeline stress using Caesar 2 software b) Simulating pipeline water hammer effects using Bentley Hammer. c) Estimate wind and earthquake forces on designed tanks using PV Elite software d) Creating 3D models and details drawing for composite tanks. e) Design 3D models of mining machinery and create detailed drawing for manufacturing and assembly using SolidWorks. f) Utilize Ansys fluent to simulate pressure drop in the water swivel for different drilling cases. Collaborate with forensic investigators and engineers to interpret findings and translate them into actionable conclusions. 2. Technological Integration and Visualization Oversee the integration of advanced 3D scanning technologies into forensic, damage assessment, and restoration workflows. Develop high-quality visual representations of losses, including fire event recreations, engineering analyses, and other forensic scenarios. Ensure simulation outputs meet technical and visual standards for presentations to clients, reinsurers, insurers, and other stakeholders. 3. Client Engagement and Deliverables Present simulation results and 3D visualizations in clear, compelling formats tailored to client needs. Support the preparation of technical reports and presentations, integrating simulation data and findings. 4. Innovation and Technological Leadership Stay abreast of technological advancements in fire simulation, engineering simulation, and 3D scanning. Lead AGI’s technological leap in forensic and restoration representation by identifying, acquiring, and implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies. 5. Training and Collaboration Train internal teams on the application and benefits of simulations and 3D technologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including forensic experts, engineers, and restoration specialists, to enhance service delivery. Area of Expertise required 1. Mechanical Design 2.
