We are seeking for a Customer Service cum Credit Control to join our team and play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations of our real estate business through providing excellent customer service to prospects, buyers and partners. Job description Customer Service Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Responding to customer inquiries and concerns related to property quality. Identify and resolve customer issues, from product inquiries to complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate more complex or unresolved issues to higher-level staff or management. To update promotion for on-going housing projects to prospect or buyers via WhatsApp status Perform any duties assigned to you from time to time. Credit Control Monitor & update disbursement (%) / time frame disbursement To manage buyer’s debt management process To attend After Sales Service after house key’s handover to buyer To attend all buyer’s enquiries To prepare weekly and monthly report To manage house key’s handover to buyers Requirements: Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in property industry. Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with customers, especially in stressful situations. Talkative and friendly character Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in customer orders and information. Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM system).
