Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess current operational workflows across all outlets and identify existing undocumented SOPs.
  • Develop, standardize, and document clear SOPs for each brand, covering key areas such as service flow and customer experience, kitchen and food preparation processes, hygiene and safety standards, inventory management and stock control, cash handling and financial compliance, staff training and onboarding procedures, marketing collaborations and promotional execution.
  • Ensure all staff, both current and new hires, are trained on the new SOPs and understand operational expectations.
  • Work closely with outlet managers to ensure smooth adoption and execution of SOPs.
  • Continuously update SOPs based on business growth, new operational challenges, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular audits across all outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards.
  • Evaluate store operations, staff performance, product consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or areas where SOPs need enhancement.
  • Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory management, wastage control, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Work with outlet managers to implement corrective actions where necessary and track progress over time.
  • Ensure all outlets align with HQ’s expectations in terms of quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably managing multiple outlets.
  • Strong understanding of SOP development, operational auditing, and process improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to train and mentor teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of F&B management experience required; ideally within a fast paced, growing environment
  • Strong experience managing multiple outlets is required
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and growth of staff and management
  • Have a working knowledge in hiring, training, developing, budgeting, and inventory
  • Must have the ability to read and understand P&L

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
