  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As Telesales Executive, you play important role in lead generation and consultative selling to prospect customers. Generate sales revenue for continuous growth of the company.

In addition, you will be responsible to:

  • Identify potential customers through market research, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads to build a robust pipeline for sales conversions.
  • Engage prospects over the phone and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present our products/services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty. Address their inquiries, concerns, and objections, always providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and tailor solutions to their specific needs.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • At least 2 years' experience in telesales/telemarketing for related field or from call center background.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals effectively.
  • Positive and resilient attitude, able to handle rejection and turn it to motivation.
  • Able to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
