Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with job postings and advertisements.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.
Benefits Administration:
- Support in processing employee benefits, such as insurance claims and leave applications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and entitlements.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee feedbacks and assist with resolving minor workplace concerns.
Training & Development:
- Support in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Apply HRDC grant application for claimable trainings.
General Administration:
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Location: Kota Damansara, PJ

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
