As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to key initiatives within the Group Human Resources (GHR) department. Your responsibilities will include:
HR Operations Support
- Assist in the daily administrative tasks of GHR, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Support recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Special Projects & Initiatives
- Contribute to GHR special projects, including employee engagement programs, policy development, and HR system enhancements.
- Conduct research and provide insights on best practices in HR management.
General HR Assistance
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
