Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing incoming invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation and processing of payment runs.
  • Maintain and organize vendor records and files.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to accounts payable functions.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
  • Help in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations.
  • Assist with auditing and compliance tasks related to accounts payable processes.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable team.

Location: Asia School of Business (ASB) Academic @ Jalan Dato Onn Kuala Lumpur, KTM/LRT reachable to office.
