Commercial Internship:

  • Assist the Commercial team in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Support the team in day-to-day coordination and order updates.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and managing customer inquiries.
  • Assist to handle ad-hoc sales inquiry from non-regular customers either call in or email to the general mailbox or by assigned basis.
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of the commercial operations within the company.

Finance Internship:

  • Assist the Finance team in daily accounting activities, including accounts payable or receivable.
  • Support in processing of invoices, preparing cheque payments and billings.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes.
  • Participate in financial analysis and variance analysis projects.
  • Assist in audit preparation and compliance tasks.
  • Gain hands-on experience with financial software and tools used in the industry.

Office Administration Internship:

  • Provide administrative support within the company.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical for the Division of Administration and Human Resources.
  • Support HR in recruitment.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Other ad-hoc duties or task as and when assigned.
  • Gain practical experience in office management and administrative tasks.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Kota Damansara, PJ

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
