  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Developer at our digital bank, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs. In addition to core Salesforce development tasks, the ideal candidate will also have some experience or capacity to act in a functional Business Analyst (BA) capacity, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

· Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning

· Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

· Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with

third-party systems.

· Develop and maintain APIs and custom web services for seamless integration of

Salesforce with external systems.

· Perform data migrations using Salesforce Data Loader or other tools, ensuring data

integrity.

· Participate in unit testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure

system functionality.

Business Analyst Role:

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and

translate them into technical specifications.

· Conduct requirements gathering sessions and create user stories, workflows, and

wireframes.

· Assist in the creation of functional documentation, including requirements

documents, user guides, and training materials.

· Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to improve Salesforce solutions,

ensuring alignment with business processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with product owners, business users, and other developers to ensure

optimal functionality and user experience.

· Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

· Contribute to the improvement of internal processes related to Salesforce

development and system enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in:

o Apex programming language

o Visualforce pages and components

o Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST)

  • Experience in Salesforce Administration and configuration, including custom objects, page layouts, and record types.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, especially with third-party applications.
  • Functional Business Analyst experience, with proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or other software development lifecycle models.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
