Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities :

Candidates will be assigned to one of the following sub-teams:

Front Counter :

  • Assist incoming invited and walk-in drivers.
  • Manage the purchase of rider gear (delivery bags, T-shirts).
  • Handle driver activation processes.
  • Provide support and guidance on registration procedures.
  • Conduct outbound calls to drivers to check their registration status, offer assistance, and encourage activation.

Backend Operations :

  • Review and screen driver profiles.
  • Upload required documents (bank details, IC, license, road tax).
  • Create and maintain driver profiles.
  • Perform quality control and validation of driver accounts.

Mini Warehouse

  • Pick and pack online purchases.
  • Scan and count inventory.
  • Maintain records and update driver files.
  • Monitor delivery and driver activation status.
  • Handle stock movement and organization.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in an office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
