Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities :
Candidates will be assigned to one of the following sub-teams:
Front Counter :
- Assist incoming invited and walk-in drivers.
- Manage the purchase of rider gear (delivery bags, T-shirts).
- Handle driver activation processes.
- Provide support and guidance on registration procedures.
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers to check their registration status, offer assistance, and encourage activation.
Backend Operations :
- Review and screen driver profiles.
- Upload required documents (bank details, IC, license, road tax).
- Create and maintain driver profiles.
- Perform quality control and validation of driver accounts.
Mini Warehouse
- Pick and pack online purchases.
- Scan and count inventory.
- Maintain records and update driver files.
- Monitor delivery and driver activation status.
- Handle stock movement and organization.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in an office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
