  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Fixed Assets

  • Supervise and monitor the Fixed Asset tagging exercise, working with department business users to ensure each asset in the Fixed Asset register is identified and tagged.
  • Witness department business users identifying Fixed Assets to be written off or asset items that are no longer identifiable (e.g., items in the FA list that cannot be found physically).
  • Assist in establishing the Fixed Asset tagging and management process flow, including the procedures flowchart.
  • Supervise and monitor the completion of the Fixed Asset tagging exercise to ensure all new incoming assets are tagged, and existing assets are properly tagged and maintained.

Filing

  • Rearrange and sort documents into categories based on age (<7 years and >7 years).
  • Segregate documents by type and reference, attach indexing to document boxes, and create document archive folders and references for future searches.
  • Place documents into document boxes according to indexes, then send to Crown Storage.

AP Cleaning

  • Investigate and retrieve documents related to prior years’ Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables for the re-claim of back-charge outstanding amounts from suppliers/customers.

Deposits Records

  • Investigate and retrieve documents related to prior years’ outstanding deposits for the re-claim of outstanding amounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounts is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Possess a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
