JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
- maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- organize and maintain electronic and paper records
- generate reports and retrieve data as needed
- assist with data cleanup and database management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Follow company procedures and data entry guideline
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative is a plus
- proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- fast and accurate typing skills (X WPM Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software
- strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- strong communication skills and ability to work independently
