What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
  • Proactively seek out ways to exceed customer expectations

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
