What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
- Proactively seek out ways to exceed customer expectations
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues effectively
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
