  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive. Fresh graduates or candidates with purchasing or logistics experience are welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing

  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm product specifications, negotiate terms, and monitor order progress.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure the quantity and quality of goods received match purchase orders.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies, such as damaged goods or delivery delays, and ensure swift resolution with suppliers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with relevant experience in purchasing or logistics will have an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with suppliers, along with proficiency in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling documentation and order specifications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Microsoft Excel: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
