  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Retail Planogram Specialist

  • Work location: Cyberjaya
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planogram creation and maintenance to meet business needs of regularly scheduled and adhoc requests for merchandise sets, new stores, remodels and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Category Management to create visually compelling planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Evaluate planogram performance and effectiveness to provide actionable insights and optimize product placement across different store formats; and articulate the findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges to enhance space performance, propose innovation solutions, and implement category assortment optimization strategies.
  • Develop strategic macro space layouts for new stores and analyzing existing performance to ensure optimal category space for maximizing sales and customer flow.
  • Work closely with Format managers to create and maintain store plans and integrate relevant planograms.
  • Maintaining a high-quality database in support of the software system.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies to incorporate best practices into the design.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in space planning and merchandising operations, providing guidance and support across various projects and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant experience in a retail environment, with a solid understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and product merchandising concepts.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in any space planning software (Spaceman preferred and/or AutoCAD).
  • Competent with Excel & Word.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to enable more data science driven space planning initiatives.
  • Eagerness to learn, ability to work independently, and manage tight deadlines and a fluid workload

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
